Are your planners dated?

No. All our planners and pads are undated: you write in the dates yourself, so you can start in any month without wasting pages, and take a break without leaving blank weeks behind.

Will the ink bleed through the paper?

The 120 gsm paper in our planners and dotted notebooks greatly reduces show-through with gel pens, fineliners and most markers. With a very juicy brush pen, always do a quick test on the last page before you start.

A5 or A4: which size should I choose?

A5 (14.8 × 21 cm) slips into a bag and works well for everyday planning. A4 suits a planner that lives on your desk or wall, like our tear-off weekly pad. Our stencils are designed for A5 notebooks.

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49.

How do I return an item or contact customer support?

You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page. Our support team answers by email.
